During your initial consultation, an in-person appointment is set up to discuss your health history, current weight, your goals, review your BMI, order labs, and develop a weight loss plan with the prescribed medication.

Most patients report noticeable results within 4 weeks of starting the medication, with full effects of treatment taking several months or longer. We'll meet once a month in person to review your progress, answer any questions you may have, and review medication dosing.
